Hi everyone first post here!
I started out with some thumbnails to get the costume down. I knew i didn't want to make a typical scandalous swimsuit wearing vampirella, so I decided to go with a younger more hipster looking vampirella.

This design was chosen as a finalist in the "Project Rooftop
Superman Costume Redesign Contest". It still needs a lot of work.
I plan to redraw this image. The lighting could be better.

Superman Redesign-Victor

I designed a wide variety of Superman costumes. The only constant
was the omission of the red cape. I feel the cape reflects Superman's
past and serves no useful purpose. To move forward his suit should be
utilitarian. Superman possesses extraordinary abilities. He doesn't
need armor or utility belts. The most he would need is a force field
to protect him from kryptonite or Wonder Woman's sword.
